These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") govern your participation in the FitBloom by Nati – 90 Day Program, operated by Ava Bright Soul LLC ("Company", "we", "us", or "our").

By purchasing, enrolling in, or accessing this program, you agree to the following terms:

1. PROGRAM DESCRIPTION

FitBloom by Nati is a 90-day online fitness and lifestyle transformation program that includes educational fitness and nutrition content, workout guidance, personalized recommendations (when applicable), access to digital materials, and optional community access. This program is delivered digitally.

2. PAYMENT TERMS

The program is offered as a monthly subscription of $150 USD. By enrolling, you authorize Ava Bright Soul LLC to charge your card monthly, automatically renew your subscription, and continue billing until cancellation. All payments are processed securely through Stripe.

3. NO REFUND POLICY

Due to the digital nature of this program and immediate access to materials, all sales are final. No refunds will be issued. By purchasing, you acknowledge that you are voluntarily enrolling and waive any right to dispute based on access to digital content.

4. CANCELLATION POLICY

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation stops future billing, but past payments are non-refundable. Access remains active until the end of your billing cycle. To cancel, email info@fitbloombynati.com.

5. RESULTS DISCLAIMER

Individual results vary. We do not guarantee specific weight loss, body transformation, health outcomes, or personal results. Success depends on effort, consistency, lifestyle habits, and personal health conditions.

6. MEDICAL DISCLAIMER

This program does not provide medical advice. You are responsible for consulting a physician before starting any fitness program. Participation is at your own risk. Ava Bright Soul LLC is not liable for injuries or health complications.

7. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All materials inside FitBloom by Nati are owned by Ava Bright Soul LLC. You may not copy, share, record, distribute, resell, or reproduce content. Unauthorized distribution may result in legal action.

8. ACCOUNT ACCESS

You are responsible for maintaining your login credentials and not sharing access. Sharing access may result in termination without refund.

9. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ava Bright Soul LLC shall not be liable for indirect damages, health issues, loss of income, emotional distress, or any incidental or consequential damages.

10. GOVERNING LAW

This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States.

11. ACCEPTANCE

By purchasing and accessing the program, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions.
